Spotify recognizes my Sonos speakers as playback devices by default. Is there a way for me to get Spotatui to recognize these devices as well? Currently only Spotatui is listed in the Device menu.

I have a number of Sonos on my network, what kind of information do you need?

I have a WIP local Sonos integration working against this issue.

Current approach:

• Discover Sonos S1/S2 rooms locally via SSDP/UPnP.
• Show rooms in the existing device picker next to Spotify Connect devices.
• Persist Sonos targets as sonos:<uuid>.
• Route Sonos play/pause/next/previous/seek/volume through local SOAP control.
• Read Sonos volume via GetVolume.
• Read Sonos now-playing via GetTransportInfo / GetPositionInfo and render it separately from Spotify playback context to avoid stale Spotify metadata.

This works for basic room selection/control, but I’m still seeing/isolating a playback bug around starting selected playlist tracks / queued Sonos playback:
sometimes the same track restarts, another briefly starts, then playback returns to the previous track. This seems likely related to the current AddURIToQueue +
queue track-number seek strategy.

Before pushing a PR, do you have any guidance on preferred Sonos playback behavior here?

I tested this on a Sonos S1 device, so testing on S2 would be very helpful as well.
