I have this same exact issue when modding another games, I tried both patchers but i can't seem to fix it.

this happened to me because it couldnt load game assets, i fixed it by stopping it form loading game assets

i forked the lemon loader reposititory and edited it to not load the assets, then i built lemon loader, modified the installer to install my custom lemon loader

Do you still have your fork? I'd like to see where and what you changed...or maybe even make a copy of your fork for myself...

i modified the unityinformationhandler to not load the assets in the setup function, just removed the lines that loaded assets. all those assets do is provide names about the dev and the game, not important

on my pc. i had to remove alot of stuff, and the source code has some differences with the actual dll for some reason, i instead used dnspy to remove it
