I forked it as "pat-cookiecutter" in our GitHub org to shorten the name a bit. Was there anything you wanted to remove in particular? Maybe the READMEs in each folder>

maybe we set aside some time in lab meeting to discuss workflow:
-project vs package vs paper repositories
-what a good project repository looks like, and how the cookiecutter should be set up to best fit the work we do
-project-specific conda environment and version control

we could do this next week before discussing the paper, or set aside a full lab meeting
