Store Fetch Bug

After Store to memory address 0xA0000000, next instruction fetch is issued at the same address, PC is incremented correctly tho.
Possible Error Sources: PMP_PMA_checker, PMP_mux, AXI4_master or Control Unit outputs (that would be weird since it works every other time). Probably one of the Address Registers does not get cleared correctly.

This was fixed by implementing a multiplexer infront of the whole execute buffer.
Another bug was caused, since the instruction_fetch signal is deasserted on a rising clock edge and the buffer only updated on a falling clock edge.

Can be fixed by removing said multiplexer and clearing the execute buffer asynchronously as soon as instruction_fetch is assigned
