    for (let i = 1; i <= size; i++) {
      let row = [];
      for (let j = 1; j <= size; j++) {
        row.push(i * j);
      }
      table.push(row);
    }
    return table;

// so for each number up to the max number of size, we are going to need an array. each array is going to be the length of size as well. 
// this results in size x size of an array. first is just a normal for loop that we will use for each number from 1-size.
// for each of these we are goiong to have another for loop that multiplies the current i = by j to give us that nice multiplication table.
// each time we do this we strore it in row and push row to table then return table.
