add url to squad resource when submitting a job

This is the current output when you submit a job using squad-client submit ...

I think it would be useful if the command also output the link to the resource in squad itself, not just the api endpoint it is posting to.

Just an FYI: It would create a few extra API queries though.

But I like the idea, is informative.
