Custom Values for "runs-on" field

Hey there!

First of all, great extension; thanks for putting this together.

Small feature request: I'm getting a syntax error on a custom label for the jobs.<job_name>.runs-on: parameter since I'm using a custom self-hosted runner with a non-schema validated name. Is it possible to add an allowlist of strings for the extension to skip?

I would also like this function. We use a custom run-on for some of our GitHub actions and would be nice to not see the error.
