LOST MY ENTIRE PACKAGE

I BUILT A NEW PACAKGE ON 6.27.2023 selected download package now it is gone. No package downloaded and no folder under my projects. I have worked on this for hours ready to deploy live.

Can you please give me more details? Like project id/name/product used/your email address so I can check and see if we can restore the project? Maybe you deleted it by mistake :(

There is nothing more to give you. I had a project that was named like soft ui, i devleoped during the day and saved as I was udpated the html code. I completed the project and when I selected the blue download project I was thrown out of the builder. When I logged back there was not project. I was ready to deploy the project to the servers. Now I have to rework everything today very frustrated. Noyvert

We have a backup plan on Loopple, so the project might be there and we can recover it.

We need more details if you have, like the name of the project or your user name/email so we can search and find out if we can recover the project.
