Add option to dump R10 data to file to avoid having to create kmer conversion

Hey @Adoni5, is there any progress on this issue? I am simulating the same human genome repeatedly, and it takes half an hour for the conversion in each run. It would be beneficial to convert the FASTA once, as in the case of R9.
