As a note for anyone else who hits this issue, I've recently been trying to install little john as per the README instructions. I've hit several different conflicts and I've ended up having to change the robin.yml to specifically install python 3.10.18 and change ruptures to be from conda-forge:
- conda-forge::ruptures
- python=3.10.18
