Just an example Project for Spring Boot with Docker and Spring Profiles.

The RestControllers in an real project would not be with profiles, its just for shits and giggles.
But the cache and repository controllers should be. It is just an test if it works, dont use this example
in a real world project as a base, it just shows how to load the profiles.

Usage:

# for Dev
mvn package && java -jar -Dspring.profiles.active=dev target/spring-boot-docker-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar 

# for Live
mvn package && java -jar -Dspring.profiles.active=live target/spring-boot-docker-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar

# Pushing to Docker HUB
mvn package docker:build && docker push <yourname>/spring-boot-docker

# To Play around
docker pull lordpinhead/spring-boot-docker

# Start the Live Version
docker run -e "SPRING_PROFILES_ACTIVE=live" -p 8080:8080 -t lordpinhead/spring-boot-docker

# Start the Dev Version
docker run -e "SPRING_PROFILES_ACTIVE=dev" -p 8080:8080 -t lordpinhead/spring-boot-docker
