Grave Isnt spawning?

I died at one of my friends bases and ended up leaving the server before collecting my grave (It always respawned when I logged back on anyways)
and i logged back on today unable to reclaim it. It allows me to teleport to it with the key and it shows me the outline of the block its on but I'm unable to see or interact with the grave.

I used version 1.19-1.0.15
