let it can be run at linux server with no gui,just GM login to server and have gm tools.i know it will be a huge task,and may be unreciprocated.

yes this can be made into a docker image, yes it can be run on linux through wine in server mode using the CLI, as for the GM accounts you can't do that as we are not emulating a full MCTS server just yet. We are just abusing the game as a dedicated server and directly connecting to the instance, the MP part is managed by our mods.
