CirSeq4TranscriptErrors

Analysis pipelines to call and analyze transcript errors from CirSeq data

  1. CallTranscriptErrors: scripts to call transcript errors

  2. AnalyzeNonsenseErrors: source data to evaluate the distribution of nonsense errors

  3. Weighted_Regression_Analysis_on_ErrorRate_and_ExpressionLevel, Linear_regression_on_individual_genes, and Glm_4_ErrorRate_and_ExpressionLevel: source data and scripts to evaluate whether there is a correlation between transcript-error rate and expression level.
