Detailed response for incorrect CWL

This CWL: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/NASA-TROPESS/maap-tropess-deploy/refs/heads/main/py-tropess/process.cwl just fails with non helpful 500 error but the problem is it needs to be a Workflow CWL not just a Commandline tool
