Error when leaving a group

Logged in as myself.

• Visited Yet Another Test Group
• Clicked the "Leave Group" button
• It went to this link https://hcommons-staging.org/groups/yet-another-test-group-by-meghan/leave-group/?_wpnonce=86a004dd9b but threw the error "There has been a critical error on this website."
• I joined the group again and replicated the error
• The leaving works, when visiting a new page after the error you get an alert that says "You have successfully left the group"
• Joined the group again and tried leaving by clicking the "Leave Group" button on the groups list page and it just hung
• When I visited a new page I again got the message "You have successfully left this group," so the process does complete, but something in the redirect may be broken.

This isn't really a bug but an observation. If you join or leave a group but then go to profiles you don't get that pop up confirming joining or leaving until you go back to the WP site. Not an issue, but might be worth noting in case someone asks.
