IFOF and ILF not reconstructed

Hi!

I have a problem when running TractSeg. I created the peaks file from the FOD population template, then ran tract segmentation, endings segmentation, TOM, and TOM tracking. Everything before the TOM tracking seems to work well, but the tracking does not generate the IFOF and ILF, while other tracts (e.g., AF and UF) are generated well. My population template is in MNI space.

What could be causing this?
