Preserve and review lingering agent guidance edits

Two local documentation edits are still present in this worktree and are not represented by any open PR. They should be reviewed explicitly instead of being silently discarded.

Request

Capture the lingering edits in a draft PR so they can be reviewed, validated, and either merged or rejected intentionally.

Acceptance criteria

• The edits in AGENTS.md and src/docs/Ways-of-Working/Branching-and-Merging.md are committed and pushed in a dedicated PR
• The PR is opened as draft and linked to this issue
• Standard docs validation passes for the exact PR head

Closing as stale/redundant: the stacked-PR and AGENTS guidance was already resolved by merged PR #73. PR #114 was later closed unmerged and had no unique diff after synchronization (additions=0, deletions=0, changed_files=0).
