Wage and demographic data for 10,000 people collected by the Current Population Survey (CPS) in 2018.

  • wage: Yearly wages in US dollars
  • age: Age in years
  • education: Years of education
  • marital: Marital status ("single" or "married")
  • industry: Job industry ("ag", "construction", "installation_production", "management", "service", "transportation")
  • health: General health status ("poor", "fair", "good", "very good", "excellent")
  • hours: hours worked per week
  • education_level: Categorized level of education (example categories: "HS" (high school), "associate", "bachelors", "some_college")
