[DATA GENERATION] Not able to follow

On running:

./src/data/generate_kolmogorov.py

We get the error:
./src/data/generate_kolmogorov.py: line 11: syntax error near unexpected token from' ./src/data/generate_kolmogorov.py: line 11: from ..pisr.experimental import define_path as pisr_flags'

can you guide us through the data generation process.

There’s nothing on line 11 of that file? Could you give a more detailed error message? This runs fine on my end.

Did you change the code at all, if so can you provide a diff?

FWIW -- I just made a fresh clone of the repo and ran the following command:

$ python -m src.data.generate_kolmogorov --data_path ./tmp.h5 --time_simulation 2.0 
$ # note: short time of simulation to quickly test

This ran without any errors and produced a simulation result.
