command to run on pi #1

Everytime we are running the following command
./ros1_run_devdocker.sh ./raspi_entry.sh
we are getting this error
Unable to sync with device; possible link problem or link software version mismatch such as hydro rosserial_python with groovy Arduino
So in order to resolve this issue we have to unplug all the USB cables on pi and plug in aurdino and encoder usb first then plug back in other cables.
