Description
After following the instructions for launching the Essence Viewer and spawning the sample network of nine blockchain peers, requests for API routes related to the blockchain instance fail, apparently due to the blockchain data structure not having been properly initialized. This is either a flaw in the documentation (e.g., missing required steps for initializing the blockchains for each peer) or a bug in the demo implementation (e.g., missing commands in the boot script that launches the blockchain peers).
