[Improvement] Add custom logo and dashboard title to top bar

Summary

With the introduction of a themes section, it would be nice to allow users to add a custom logo for their company and to visually see a dashboard title.

Example:

Expectation

Users would use the title argument and that would be what is displayed in the top bar. The logo could be added in the new themes section. This would also need to persist for a server deployed dashboard so its the same across the users.

@timdegroot1996 Let me know what you think! I obviously didn't change the logo but i would expect whatever the user selects it would either be the same size (roughly) or the top bar would adjust its size in relation to the image (up to a max size permitted).

I also removed some icons from the top, to make it less congested, perhaps these could be added to a bottom bar?

@jackpugh2000 the title improvement can be done easily for sure.

Regarding the image, where would you want to show it? Would it just replace the robot logo top left? Im guessing yes with your comment

I think I could do something to make the icons go into a sub menu when overflowing like three vertical dots or something. I will look into that. The same could maybe be done for the menu tabs as those sometimes also become quite wide.

Yeah I was thinking of replacing the robot framework logo, otherwise it might look strange seeing two logos.

The overflow sub-menu sounds like a great idea!
