I notice that the repo does not currently include detailed config files for training or inference. Do you have any plans to release these config files?

Hi everyone,

Thank you for your patience. I have now updated the codebase with some example config files and instructions on training, inferring, and analyzing model results. It was quite tricky to get the environment creation and single example inference entry point working, so I will leave this issue open for any followups on things that might need to be fixed.
