[FEATURE] Option to remove buttons from the toolbar #42

First, thank you for your module and for maintaining it. It is such a game-changer!
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I run a very automation-heavy game. My toolbar is quite cluttered and I try to keep it as free as possible. I am fine with toggling these settings with a macro.
Describe the solution you'd like
Could you please allow to remove the two toolbar buttons that this module adds from my toolbar?
Describe alternatives you've considered
Would be extra cool if you could choose which toolbar button you need to be there and which one can go. I never used Global Vision, so I could have "Disable All Vision" and remove "Enable Global Vision".
