[BUG] Soundscape option not rendering on scene card

The soundboard selector doesn't appear on the scene configuration

I have figured out several issues
in the soundscape.js it uses app.object.flags instead of app.document.flags

if renderSceneConfig it also attempts to manually save the data on the scene close instead of on the form save, changing the selectors to <select name="flags.soundscape.loadSoundscape" fixes this and means you can remove an event hook function.

Also at the bottom of the renderSceneConfig hook function it tries to insert the newHtml using the vanilla JS after function which does not always work the way it is expected to, changing this to $(elmnt).after(newHtml) seems to work a bit more consistently.

I also believe there are better ways to apply the soundscape fields to the scene config these days that do not rely on hooks or manual html, but with the above changes it works again anyway.
