Add the app to the winget repository

I'd like to have an easy way to install/update your app.
Winget is a CLI Windows Package Manager built into Windows OS, and it's like an apt-get on Ubuntu.
I always use it to manage the software installed on my machines (I also use a UI wrapper - UniGet).
