abstract: >-
A radiation field and the nuclear populations it drives are proposed as a
complete computational substrate: logic, memory, and interconnect at once,
powered and clocked by a constant radioactive source. The theory reduces
its entire feasibility to one falsifiable component, a field triggered
nuclear release gate with gain, judged by three inequalities (leak,
amplification, rate), evaluates that criterion against NUBASE2020 and
ENSDF for every known isomer, demonstrates the routine gate set and a
decay by decay digital twin in simulation, and identifies the neutron
sector as the scale at which every keystone inequality is already
satisfied by library data.
