[claim] The addressed long retention write is achievable inside a sealed unit #6

Description

@MaxFreedomPollard

The claim

A nuclear state exists that is simultaneously parent fed (nuclear lamp or radiogenic, THEORY.md Section 9), gradient addressable (good Gamma/(dE/dB) sensitivity), and long lived (seconds or more), enabling self written memory in the ampoule.

The test

A computable catalog search over gates/isomer_catalog.csv: isomers with t1/2 > 1 s whose feeding parents emit Mossbauer class lines, ranked by addressing sensitivity. Then a benchtop demonstration of gradient addressed resonant absorption on the best candidate (181Ta is the sensitivity benchmark at ~42 linewidths per tesla but holds only 6 us).

Which part of the theory it touches

THEORY.md Sections 9.3 and 9.4; transistor/SEALED.md Section 3; open problem 6. This upgrades the sealed machine from appliance to computer.
