[claim] Degree homogeneous circuits are drift immune in hardware #9

Description

@MaxFreedomPollard

The claim

A physical stream circuit obeying the like degree comparison rule shows no decision drift under source aging, while a deliberately inhomogeneous control circuit drifts as predicted (2^-t/T for a one degree mismatch).

The test

Emulate aging with calibrated absorbers stepping a source's effective activity down over hours; run matched homogeneous and inhomogeneous comparators; verify invariance and the predicted drift law respectively.

Which part of the theory it touches

THEORY.md Section 7 (degree homogeneity and aging invariance); the ampoule's self sustainment argument in device/SEALED.md.
