Publish build / install instructions?

@stsrki and colleagues - great initiative. I've read up on flatpickr#1646 and elsewhere.

Are you willing to publish your build/install instructions? (or have you published a parallel package?) - I don't use typescript (or rollup) normally so would want to follow a quick set of instructions ideally.

(alternatively include the dist directory within the repo - then it potentially be directly installed via yarn/npm from github

Hello. We don't have plans to publish build files to npm. But we can make it as part of the dist directory. So you can download it.

Thank you! Adding the dist to the repo would be helpful. But also having some very basic steps for building the dist locally would be handy.

Also do you want any PRs (cross published from other forks or reviewed ones from the main repo)?

PRs are welcome. But before doing anything out of the blue, it would be good to first open a new issue. That way we can discuss it and see if it makes sense to add it to the codebase.
