Recently i signed up to mermaid ai’s free plus trial and forgot my credentials for a while as i’m abroad and cannot access my home devices to allow me to log in and pass 2fa on my said accounts. Thus i got billed 84£ for the membership guessing on auto renewal , i managed to log into my account earlier today and a popup window box on mermaid ai said im eligible for a refund as its in my 30day purchase window.
I have submitted the google form but im not sure how the process works as there seems to be no Ai bot support or human, found this repository to make the request instead. Kindly let me know how this works, Thanks!
