[Feature]: Ability to change repeater bytes in admin

What feature do you want?

I know MeshMapper does its best to identify repeater path bytes, but there are quite a few older repeaters in our region that are still showing as 1 byte. It's be great to be able to force an update for a repeater or to set the number of bytes in the repeater admin.

Why do you need it?

It will help us identify which repeaters are holding back multi byte support

I agree, i have the same issue here. I need to delete them in the admin panel and wait for the next beacon
