Post Byline - Comment Button Issues

Comment button padding overlaps post text body

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://ask.metastaging.net
2. Hover over the comments button for a post that has text close to the comments button
3. Text of the post is covered slightly by the button

Expected behavior

1. Comment button padding does not overlap text of the post
2. I would probably expect less padding between posts, with a bit more padding between the post body and the byline
