[Bug] [iPhone] [Chrome/Safari] eCurrency: Cannot enter decimal values in transactions

Description

On iPhone, it's not possible to enter fractional (decimal) values in transaction amount fields. The issue occurs in both Chrome and Safari browsers.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any transaction form on iPhone.
2. Try to enter a decimal value (e.g. 1.5, 0.25)

Expected behavior

Users should be able to enter decimal values in transaction amounts.
