Description

Description

Files with a size of 1024 KB or larger cannot be uploaded for signing in eSigner and don't appear in the file selection list when creating a signing container, even if they were previously uploaded to File Manager.

The API responds with HTTP 413 (Payload Too Large), while the UI shows a vague error message: “Failed to upload file”, without explaining the actual reason.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Upload a file with size ≥1024 KB to File Manager.
  2. Open eSigner.
  3. Try to create a new signing container.
Result: Files ≥1024 KB are not available for signing.
  4. Try upload a file to eSigner

Expected behavior

  1. Files ≥1024 KB should be available for selection and signing, OR
  2. The UI should clearly inform the user about file size limits.
