Tweet embeds make scrolling difficult on mobile

Ideally, when the tweet has been scrolled all the way down, scrolling more should scroll the page. Priority on mobile, but would also be good on desktop.

Summary

The issue was caused by overscroll-behavior: contain on the .tweet-embed-scroll container in front_end/src/components/markdown_editor/editor.css:179. This CSS property prevents scroll chaining — meaning when a user scrolls to the bottom of a tweet embed, the scroll event is trapped and doesn't propagate to the page.

Fix: Removed overscroll-behavior: contain, allowing the browser's default scroll chaining behavior. Now when a tweet embed is scrolled to the top or bottom, further scrolling will propagate to the page as expected, on both mobile and desktop.
