• Modify group_form.tsx to skip date fields when duplicating

Summary

When duplicating a question (via the dropdown menu → Duplicate), the form previously copied all date/time fields from the original question. This caused duplicated questions to inherit stale dates.

Changes made:

• question_form.tsx: Added isDuplicate flag (mode === "create" && !!post). When duplicating, the scheduling date fields (open_time, scheduled_close_time, scheduled_resolve_time, cp_reveal_time, published_at) now start empty instead of copying from the original.
• group_form.tsx: Same logic applied to subquestion initialization — date fields are cleared when duplicating a group of questions.

What's still duplicated: All non-date fields including title, description, question type, scaling/bounds (range_min, range_max, zero_point), options, categories, etc. This means date range question bounds are preserved as requested.
