Summary

Add a country field to events and allow users to filter by country or region.

Why

When international sources are added, users need a way to scope results to their location.

Acceptance criteria

  • country field added to Event model and API response
  • Existing Turkish events tagged as TR
  • Country dropdown filter in the UI
  • API supports ?country=TR query param
