Add scrapers for major international event platforms to expand coverage beyond Turkey.

Why

Eventbrite, Luma, and Devpost together cover the majority of global tech events. Integrating them is the fastest path to meaningful international coverage.

Platforms to integrate

• Devpost — hackathons worldwide (has a public API)
• Luma — tech community events (lu.ma)
• Eventbrite — general tech events (has a public API)

Notes

• Devpost and Eventbrite have official APIs — prefer API over scraping
• Each integration should follow the existing scraper pattern in app/scrapers/
• Filter by category (tech / software) and event type
