it will not work for healers, because of "on attack" and other similar proc mechanics, will not proc from heals and are not counted for

Hi,
TopFit can't really evaluate all trinket procs correctly. However, one of the next features that is going to get implemented is only equipping items appropriate for a set's specialization. That should help a lot with keeping unwanted proc trinkets in your bags. It might still not work with all items (because not all items have that info), but it will be better thatn it is now.
Until then, you could always limit the trinket slot items to those that make sense.
