Describe the Bug :
Game enters a soft lock state. What exactly is happening: the hotbar and logbook disappear, and I can't press anything anymore, not even escape. The idle animations of the characters continue to play occurs 100% of the time).
Steps To Reproduce :
After finding all the ingredients to create the Manticore potion and talking to l'Owcrey, we both get up from the table and the game enters a soft lock state.
Expected Behavior :
Dialogue should end normally, UI (hotbar and logbook) should remain visible, and player input should be restored.
