Unable to spawn chests/give ag&d items

One problem found: Can't spawn any chests anymore.
The command: spawn chest brown/red/etc brings up a GameManager.RewardManager exception. No crash or anything, can still play normally.
EDIT: Also, I don't know if this is deliberate, but I am unable to spawn most of the things that came with the update.

As of the latest commits this has been fixed. Can also use character command again as well. All the new items can be spawned as well as the PayDay update items. (Clown Mask, Drill, and Loot Bag). However I did notice a few exceptions.

The spawn command needs to be updated to allow spawning of a few new enemies like Wall Mimics, Pedestal Mimics, and the new synergy chests and perhaps the new bosses/new enemies. Though didn't test that part extensively. Brown Chests disguised as Rainbow chests also can't be spawned currently. (though functionally the same as normal Rainbow chests so probably not a priority to add them).

It may not really be possible to spawn Pedestal Mimics though as I'm not sure how the game would behave if you spawned one without an item as I would assume would happen if you tried to spawn them via the console as unlike chests which always seeded to contain an item on spawn, pedestal mimics have to replace an existing pedestal drop which you also can't spawn with current versions of ModTheGungeon either....
