Investigations

Ongoing questions or things to investigate:

1) free logs up to point that they were replicated (how is pg_replicate doing this now )
2) control of LSN acknowledgment
3) when moonlink crashes, ensure we dont replay from the beginning (cheng mentioned there may be a prototype for this?)
