Yeah, that would be great. In Cursor you have the ability to whitelist the prefixes of commands. E.g.:

source .venv/bin/activate && python -m pytest tests && python destroy_world.py && rm -rf /

You can whitelist source .venv/bin/activate and python -m pytest and agent would be able to use those. But arbitrary python calls (python destroy_world.py) or command at the end of the line (rm -rf /) would trigger the "allow this" prompt.
