debug stab pl for q5s

### Currently the q5s problem doesn't work for stab pl. Cappanera has suggested the following:

- need to add, bit by bit from the pl file contributions of the stab method
- make it to where stab pl boolean is true always and then add term by term to identify where the bug is
- check output from vtu files to see if solution converges or not
