Total model mass is wrong with MITC4+ #188

Version 17.0.0

The output is from MEFFMASS in case control.

Example f06 snippets below for the same model with each element type show similar effective modal masses but the Total model mass and Modes % of total mass are completely different. The MIN4's translational mass is correct (0.5148).
