Improve [TAB]

It would be interesting to add a feature like(based on permissions) this in Titanium: when trying to use [TAB]

For example:

/[TAB]
/? [TAB]
/ver(sion) [TAB]

Permissions:

titanium.complete.player = return player name
titanium.complete.command = return command
titanium.complete.plugin = return plugin name
