Can't move to review and pay

When on https://dev.nanog.org/events/nanog-82/registration/questions I cannot move to the review and pay page despite adding text for all all mandatory elements. If I remove text from mandatory elements I get an error message. I do not get any warning or error message when clicking the green Next button - just no change.

I went through the same registration with the same ticket and did not get stuck on the question step. I think I know what is happening @leovegoda so I'm going to write some tests to catch this and provide a fix in the morning. I'll let you know when that deploys so you can retest that.
