Currently, the CPU only makes random, unintelligent actions and the CPU never 'challenge' one another.

HasSeenAllThreeCards() -

Description: The player has actually seen all three Dukes, either though a combination displayed inactive cards, their own hand card and/or through the Exchange action.

Action: Here the Player should 100% challenge.

HasOnlyOneActiveCard()
Description: The player only has one active card then.
Action: The player should 100% challenge.

1. The player is less likely to challenge.
2. The player is less likely play an action of a card that they do not have.

TwoDifferenceCardActionsPlayer():
Description: The number of 'Card Actions' the player has previously played. i.e. A Duke Action, A Captain Action, a Assassination Action

1. Action: After the player's first two different card actions the player is less likely action to perform other card action of a card that they DON'T have.
2. An successful Exchange action resets this.

CardActionAlreadyPlayed
Description: Keeping tracking of how many players a card action has been played by other playes.
Action: This player is less likely to perform the card action for each time a different player has previously performed that same action IF the actual player doesn't have the hard.

ChoosingTarget()
Description: The player choose who to target for an action. The choose depends on the action.

Steal - INCREASE - Amount of Money. Can player Coup/Assassinate. DECREASE - Target played Captain or Ambassador
Coup - INCREASE - Amount of Lives. Amount of money. Can player Coup/Assassinate.
Assassination - INCREASE - Amount of active cards. BeenAssassinatedBefore() DECREASE - Target played Contessa.

CanCoup
Description: Does the player have enough coins to Coup.

CanAssassinate
Description:

1. Does the player have enough coins to Assassinate.
2. Calculate the amount of unaccounted for Assassin cards.
3. The amount of activate cards the player has. (One card players are less likely to lie).

BeenAssinatedBefore
Description: Has a player been successfully assassinated before.
Action: Increases chance of being Assassinated. Resets with Exchange()

ResetThoughtPatterns
Description: PDoing the exchange action will reset a lot of players thoughts.
